Residential Specialist

About the role

The Residential Specialist is a direct care position working with adults diagnosed with a psychological disorder in a residential setting. The primary responsibility is to administer/distribute medications to residents. Report any unusual symptoms or behaviors and evaluate responses of residents to medications given. Treat minor illnesses or injuries. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required
• 1-3 years driving experience preferred
• CDL preferred or willing to obtain if hired
• Clean driving record with annual record review
• Team oriented, able to work well independently
