About the role
The Intake Care Specialist plays a crucial role in the intake process, ensuring that all new clients are welcomed and assessed appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assessing new clients
- Processing intake paperwork and coordinating with other departments
- Providing initial support and guidance to clients
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a social service setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
