About the role
The full-time House Manager position start at $18.00/hr. and is located in Northwest Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents in achieving their goals
- Create an atmosphere of progress and independence
- Promote an environment that encourages personal growth and development
- Support residents in developing and maintaining a sense of independence and self-sufficiency
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best care and support for residents
Requirements
- Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for creating positive change in the lives of others
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Nevada Driver’s License
- Current CPR certification
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
