About the role

This position involves bidding, engaging and reviewing single family residential appraisals covering all states. The qualified candidate will become familiar, and then competent, with RIMS which is an internet based appraisal management system. The position involves both high volume and time sensitive duties.

• Bid, engage and review single family residential appraisals covering all states
• Become familiar and competent with RIMS, an internet based appraisal management system
• Involves both high volume and time sensitive duties

Requirements

• Certified Residential Appraiser, or Licensed Residential Appraiser
• A Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate residential appraisal experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Collaboration with team members and effective interpersonal skills
