About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator oversees all aspects of resident relations, activities, communication, and community outreach. They work closely with the Community Manager to develop and maintain a residential environment conducive to the overall success of the property.

Responsibilities

  • Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
  • Develop and plan property-related services/programs in collaboration with staff, residents, and other housing agencies.
  • Cook up and coordinate Monthly newsletters and implement educational programming model for social events.
  • Oversee new and existing resident community outreach and community development.
  • Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement resident retention programs (i.e., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.).
  • Aid Community Manager in screening, hiring, training, coaching, and developing on-site staff.
  • Aid Community Manager in ensuring the effectiveness of staff through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance in compliance with Asset training benchmarks.
  • Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff through support and effective leadership.
  • Ensure staff compliance and consistency with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions.
  • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Benefits

Full-time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays. Salary Range: $19 per hour to $21 per hour. This job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
