About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all resident functions and activities, developing and publishing property newsletters, handling resident issues, scheduling activity center rentals, processing work orders, inspecting buildings and grounds, and ensuring guest suites are in rental condition.

Responsibilities

  • Orients residents to the property and assists with utility set-up and package delivery.
  • Publishes property newsletters, including planned events, resident services, and advertisements.
  • Handles resident issues, including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests. Prepares incident reports.
  • Schedules and maintains contracts for activity center rentals, collects fees, and provides additional amenities to residents.
  • Processes work orders for the maintenance department, verifies their completion, and contacts residents for feedback.
  • Inspects buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and alerts maintenance to repair needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
  • Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
  • Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed.
  • Able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
  • Experience with property management software and systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 - $24.00. Additional compensation may include participation in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance, and weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
