Resident Services Coordinator
Abode Services is one of the largest nonprofits working to end homelessness in the Bay Area. Our mission is to solve homelessness through housing and supportive services that help individuals and families achieve stability and independence. Grounded in the Housing First model, we meet people where they are and provide individualized support based on their needs, goals, and strengths. We value dignity, smart risk‑taking, transparency, forward‑thinking solutions, and collaborative strengths. Our workforce reflects the diversity of the communities we serve, with nearly 70 % of staff people of color.
