Resident Manager - Part Time - Live On Site

About the role

The Resident Manager is responsible for managing a property, providing services and protection to residents, and maintaining the property in good condition. This role requires 24/7 on-site presence and comes with a substantial housing benefit.

Responsibilities

• Collects rents, prepares notices, processes applications, and executes rental agreements
• Conducts annual apartment inspections, enforces community policies, and collects deposits
• Schedules turnover work, directs personnel, and prepares correspondence
• Prepares and audits move-in/move-out paperwork, prepares work orders, and maintains grounds
• Handles resident requests, complaints, and issues, and performs minor maintenance tasks
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations, and assists in legal proceedings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional education and training preferred
• Experience in property management desired
• Knowledge of multi-family rentals and complex management
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
