Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess property maintenance and cleanliness
  • Manage tenant relations and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
