- Conduct regular site visits to assess property maintenance and cleanliness
- Manage tenant relations and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
