About the role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Resident Care Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the safety and comfort of residents
- Facilitate communication between residents and management staff
- Organize and lead community events to foster a sense of belonging among residents
- Respond to resident concerns and provide timely solutions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
