Resident Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of service and wellness needs for elders
• Schedule, coach, and train Companions and medication passer/techs
• Assist in the interviewing and hiring process of Care Partners and Med Techs
• Adjust staffing levels based on occupancy and care levels
• Document and update Elders' Growth and Wellness Plans
• Assist with and document medications under supervision

Requirements

• Desire and talent to lead a high-functioning, empowered team
• Experience as a Care Partner and Medication Tech
• Computer literacy, social media savvy, and proficiency in specified online programs
• Good verbal communication skills, including English proficiency for residents and coworkers
• Meet all health requirements as specified by state and federal regulations
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Pass a criminal background check
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation
