Patient Care Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our Weston office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating positive experiences and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and a positive first impression
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow to support an exceptional office experience
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with questions regarding coverage and payment options
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service
• Support treatment acceptance by helping patients understand next steps and financial arrangements
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
• Organize tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and team members to deliver seamless patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting
