Resident Care Coordinator

Spring Gardens Senior Living is a beautiful senior living community in Orem, Utah, focused on providing personalized quality care through hope, compassion, and dedication to excellence. We are seeking a passionate and service-minded leader to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team.

Responsibilities

• Fill gaps in Caregiver/Med Tech schedule as needed, including covering regular shifts.
• Maintain Caregiver/Med Tech schedule.
• Assist with new hire training as assigned by administration.
• Maintain MAR (Medication Administration Record), handle communication regarding medications, cycle medications, and keep the medication cart organized.
• Coordinate with Home Health and Hospice Companies.
• Organize and assist with medical transports.
• Maintain shift change notes.
• Communicate regularly with administration.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Head Resident Care Coordinator.

Requirements

• Must have current CNA and Medication Tech Certification.
• Experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
