About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to residents in our assisted living community. We are seeking a Resident Care Assistant (HHA/CNA) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Provide medication administration under supervision
- Participate in scheduled shift changes and meetings
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aid (HHA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Passing results from a background check and drug screening
Skills
- Basic computer skills

Pay
$15 - $18 per hour based on experience and qualifications
