Resident Assistant/CNA/PCA/HHA

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided.
• Aid in the provision of activities of daily living for residents.
• Create a safe, healthy, and productive living environment for residents.
• Increase the quality of life by respecting, being professional, and understanding residents' needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED.
• Passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of computer use, including Internet and Microsoft Office.
