Responsibilities

  • Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided.
  • Aid adults with activities of daily living.
  • Create a safe, healthy, and productive daily living environment.
  • Administer medications as directed by the RN.
  • Increase the quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
    • CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED.
    • Passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
    • Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of computer use, including Internet and Microsoft Office.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
    • Subject to a DHS and criminal background study.

    Schedule

    • Full time and part time AM and Part time PM shifts available.
    • Additional shift differential of $1.00 for PM and $1.50 for overnights.

    Salary

    $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
