About the role
Responsible for providing direct care and support to residents in a residential care facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to medical staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the living environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Passing a background check.
Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
