Compensation & Location
Salary: $66,300. Location: White Plains & Yonkers.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents within the home by offering leadership and supervision in all facets of the assigned residential program(s).
- Design and ensure execution of programs that provide safeguards and supervision while teaching community and daily living skills to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Provide daily oversight of the residence, including emergency and on‑call coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field preferred, or at least three years related experience.
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
- Valid NYS driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and assist up to 70 lb, supporting individuals’ mobility, personal care, transfers, and emergency needs with care and dignity.
