Job Summary

At Ascentria Care Alliance, we support refugees and immigrant families as they build safe, stable, and independent lives within our communities. We are seeking compassionate, adaptable, and mission-driven individuals for flexible assignment-based Resettlement Navigator opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support refugee and immigrant families through the resettlement process
• Connect clients to housing, healthcare, benefits, employment, schools, and community resources
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, transportation, and service navigation
• Provide culturally responsive support and advocacy
• Aid individuals and families in achieving self-sufficiency and community integration
• Collaborate with community agencies, partners, and internal teams to enhance client outcomes

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others
• Experience in community services or related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Lived experience or bilingualism in relevant languages (Dari, Pashto, Nepali, Hindi, Rohingya, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic)
