Job Summary

At Ascentria Care Alliance, we support refugees and immigrant families through the resettlement process. We are seeking compassionate, adaptable, and mission-driven individuals for flexible assignment-based Resettlement Navigator opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support refugee and immigrant families through the resettlement process
• Connect clients to housing, healthcare, benefits, employment, schools, and community resources
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, transportation, and service navigation
• Provide culturally responsive support and advocacy
• Aid individuals and families in achieving self-sufficiency and community integration
• Collaborate with community agencies, partners, and internal teams to enhance client outcomes

Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates and those with lived experience similar to the populations we serve are strongly encouraged to apply
• Languages such as Dari, Pashto, Nepali, Hindi, Rohingya, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, and Arabic are highly valued
• The position is based in Worcester, MA and includes local travel within the community
