Resettlement Navigator
About the role
Resettlement Navigators serve as a central point of support for refugees and New Americans during their resettlement journey. Assignment-based team members help connect individuals and families to critical community resources while supporting successful integration and self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals and families with housing, benefits, healthcare, employment, and community services
- Support pre-arrival and arrival coordination, including apartment setup and airport pickups
- Help clients navigate cultural adjustment and access community resources
- Collapse referrals and collaborate with community agencies and partners
- Maintain documentation, case notes, and client records
- Support specialized service areas such as housing, mental health, employment, elder care, or school support
Requirements
Bilingual candidates and individuals with lived experience similar to the populations we serve are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those who speak Swahili, Kinyarwanda, or other community languages.
This position is based in Concord, NH and requires local travel within the community.
