Reservations Agent

About the role

Hurawalhi Maldives is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Reservations Agent for its 90-villa, adults-only luxury resort. A renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, which include the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant.

The role promotes a culture of happiness for the well-being of team members through their employee journey. Accommodation, food, laundry services, team shop and indoor & outdoor activities such as team pool, gym, paddles, tennis, badminton, and billiards are provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily correspondence and respond to reservation inquiries and bookings
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system
• Maintain accurate knowledge of room types, locations, layouts, transportation options, and flight schedules
• Display product knowledge with accuracy and confidence

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English (additional language is an added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of Opera
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the role
• Luxury resort experience required
