About the Opportunity

The Reservations Agent plays a key role in delivering personalized guest experiences by managing inquiries and reservations. This position supports guest satisfaction through professional communication, effective problem resolution, accurate transactions, and knowledgeable promotion of resort services and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
• Process and manage guest reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve guest concerns in coordination with Guest Services and other departments.
• Process billing and financial transactions accurately.
• Promote and upsell resort services and offerings to help guests make informed decisions.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with guests throughout the reservation process.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, spa, or reservations, preferably within a luxury resort environment.
• Ability to create professional business correspondence.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
• Professional and positive telephone manner.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage reservation and billing information accurately.

Pay

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
