Primary Duties
- Manage group information and room inventory throughout the convention services process, starting at file turnover.
- Ensure accuracy when loading rooming lists and processing any changes to group reservations.
- Assist in group detailing, including billing, to ensure the guest and client planner arrival experience is seamless.
- Prepare and submit group rooms recap reports, including the tracking/posting of group comps, and group audits.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Time-management skills
- Strong customer service and interface skills
- Hotel/ resort experience preferred
- Prior hotel front desk/ reservations experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
