Responsibilities
- Coordinate and review the Reservation Agent workflow by helping the team create or update reservation records, verifying names, dates, rates, and confirmation details.
- Maintain workflow by tracking pending supplier responses and documenting changes and cancellation conditions.
- Flag booking exceptions before they become traveler problems, ensuring another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing history.
