About the role

The Research Manager, Brand Health Tracking role at Ipsos involves managing research projects for leading companies. Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire research process, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering actionable insights to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from questionnaire writing to report preparation
  • Liaise regularly with internal operations groups for data collection, processing, and reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries and providing updates
  • Coordinate and manage data entry of project costs into the internal costing program based on research specifications

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s level education preferred
  • At least 2+ years of market research experience
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of SPSS or similar quantitative reporting tools (plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a strong client service orientation
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with well-developed interpersonal and presentation abilities

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation abilities

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this role is $72,000 to $80,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors.

This role is offered on a hybrid schedule, allowing flexibility between remote and office work.
