Responsibilities
- 50% Laboratory Sample Handling & Biologic Processing
- 30% Inventory Management Systems & Data Tracking
- 20% Lab Equipment & Automation Interaction
Daily Responsibilities:
- 70% Hands-on Lab Work (aliquoting, storage, sample handling)
- 10% Equipment Maintenance (freezers, lab systems)
- 20% Team Collaboration & Coordination
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science degree in biology or related field
- 3+ years of experience in biologic samples processing or laboratory environment
- Experience working with biologic materials
- Familiarity with general laboratory techniques and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with automated liquid handling systems
- Familiarity working in bio-hoods or aseptic environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
