Responsibilities

• 50% Laboratory Sample Handling & Biologic Processing
• 30% Inventory Management Systems & Data Tracking
• 20% Lab Equipment & Automation Interaction

Daily Responsibilities:

• 70% Hands-on Lab Work (aliquoting, storage, sample handling)
• 10% Equipment Maintenance (freezers, lab systems)
• 20% Team Collaboration & Coordination

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science degree in biology or related field
• 3+ years of experience in biologic samples processing or laboratory environment
• Experience working with biologic materials
• Familiarity with general laboratory techniques and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with automated liquid handling systems
• Familiarity working in bio-hoods or aseptic environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
