Representative - Players Club

Responsibilities

• Assists all patrons with general information.
• Promotes exceptional customer service.
• Promotes membership into the Players Club.
• Educates patrons on the Players Club benefits.
• Maintains daily procedures regarding the Players Club members, including appropriate identification, filing, and record keeping.
• Issues information desired to be distributed.
• Manages coupons and promotions on property.
• Makes public and special announcements.
• Takes care of direct mail inquiries, including updating patrons' account information and related duties.
• Captures Jackpot Photos and fills out necessary documentation for publicity.
• Cleans the Players Club, marketing kiosks, and signage on Casino.
• Aids in resolving player complaints and problems.
• Aids in the implementation, distribution, and redemption of promotional items.
• Keeps up-to-date with Indiana Gaming regulations and company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Works in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours).
• Follows the Company Service Standards model.
• Available for regularly scheduled work and willing to work various hours, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of Indiana Gaming regulations and company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours).
