About the Role
The Reporting Coordinator ensures that confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated while maintaining a reporting-focused, coordination-owned workflow. The role emphasizes traceability, ownership, and proactive error resolution to prevent downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Review reporting coordination with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
- Document Swift 7 consultants' role documentation with status tracking, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Maintain data validation and deadline management, ensuring checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Coordinate quality control with workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced early.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
