NexxaWorks is seeking a Reporting Coordinator for hands-on work centered on decision-ready analysis and the day-to-day demands of strategic marketing, brand development, digital campaigns, content, social media, audience analysis, and client delivery. The role focuses on reporting coordination within brand development operations, ensuring decisions are grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.

Responsibilities

• Review the Reporting Coordinator workflow by helping the team document calculations and assumptions.
• Maintain the Reporting Coordinator workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
• Track the Reporting Coordinator workflow by validating source data before analysis.
• Own the Reporting Coordinator workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Coordinate the Reporting Coordinator workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.

Requirements

Pay

Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
