Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial and operational reports for leadership.
• Analyze trends in revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Build dashboards and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Support ad hoc reporting, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify reporting issues and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, business analytics, or financial systems.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

Salary is $120,000-135,000 per year, based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
