Business Analyst
About the role
Develops, writes, and edits material for reports; analyzes trends and works with management within program. Reviews work processes, data and makes recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities
- Organizes data, graphs and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular interval
- Compares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data
- Reviews published reports, materials and recommends revisions or changes in data, format, or content
- Performs data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software tools
- May function as an assistant PM if the client requires
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with strong emphasis on communication, business, finance or accounting preferred, others considered
5+ years’ experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products
Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities
Capable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives to achieve quality solutions
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical
Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills
Must have the ability to contribute in a team environment and work across multiple departments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
Proven ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
- Review team deliverables and coordinate feedback from stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings and produce/distribute meeting documents
- Contribute to improving methods and practices

$119,800.00 to $157,275.00
