Business Analyst

Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Work on technological implementations in Salesforce
• Create and run ad hoc reporting from Salesforce
• Lay out new fields and processes for Salesforce and work with the development team to test functionality
• Create procedures for maintaining data integrity in our various systems
• Create process documents outlining data procedures and new updates in Salesforce
• Assist with data cleanup projects
• Analyze existing processes for inefficiencies and redundancies, and propose improvements
• Train team members on Salesforce procedures
• Troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues and work with the development team to resolve errors

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and operations, with a proven track record of working with large datasets and performing complex analyses
• 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage or real estate industry, with a solid understanding of mortgage products preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the Agile Methodologies and Atlassian (Jira) platform
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks / projects with minimal assistance
• Knowledge of system integrations and the ability to assess their impact on business processes and requirements
• Expert troubleshooting skills to investigate, resolve, and escalate problems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

Salary range: $75,000 - 95,000 depending on experience level, plus discretionary bonus potential.
