The Judge Group is seeking a General Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the Fayetteville, GA area. Relocation assistance is available.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station
- Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations
- Ability to lead a team and work directly with customers
Responsibilities
- Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, Planning, Contracts, Personnel)
- Meet strategic goals and performance objectives
- Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety, and contractual obligations
- Act as the main contact for FAA relations
- Maintain staffing levels
- Ensure contract obligations and customers’ expectations are met
- Upsell contract terms
- Provide status reports to customers
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station
- Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations
