About the role
We purchase and sell aftermarket aircraft parts for corporate and management sectors of aviation. We focus on strong client relationships and personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Manage service requests, negotiate costs, and ensure timely project completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and vendors to schedule and track repairs.
- Review contractor estimates and negotiate pricing to maximize cost efficiency.
- Communicate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to schedule repairs.
- Track repair progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, including estimates, approvals, and payments.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for savings and efficiency.
- Resolve repair disputes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal but not required.
- Previous experience in repair coordination, property management, insurance claims, or a related field.
- Knowledge of repair processes, contractor pricing, and vendor management is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze repair estimates.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and repair management software desired.

- Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, well organized, and able to prioritize workload efficiently.
- Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments.
- Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work each day.
- Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
- Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
- Maintain customer-oriented work habits.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $22 - $27. Actual hourly rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance.
