REO Asset Specialist

About the role

Grand Pacific Financing Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive REO Asset Specialist to join our team in Monterey Park, CA. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of REO and distressed assets throughout the foreclosure, receivership, property management, and disposition process.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will ensure assets are properly maintained, remain compliant with applicable regulations, and are managed strategically to maximize value while minimizing risk. This position requires regular coordination with tenants, vendors, receivers, brokers, attorneys, and internal departments to ensure the successful management and disposition of assets.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in property management, asset preservation, or distressed asset operations, are essential for success in this role.

Pay

Compensation: $58,000 - $62,000 yearly
