Rental Specialist - Bobcat of Jacksonville

About the role

We’re looking for a Rental Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks outside the box, and loves helping customers succeed. This role involves being the frontline connection for our rental customers, owning the process from start to finish, keeping our rental fleet organized, leading and supporting teammates, collaborating with other departments, and handling challenges creatively.

Responsibilities

• Answering questions and solving problems for rental customers
• Scheduling, equipment checks, and deliveries
• Organizing and maintaining the rental fleet
• Mentoring and supporting teammates
• Collaborating with Service, Sales, and Drivers
• Bringing creativity and problem-solving skills to handle challenges

Requirements

• A strong foundation in construction equipment, rentals, or related industry experience
• Sharp customer service instincts with the confidence to handle tough conversations
• Solid organization and multitasking skills
• A drive to think creatively and deliver top-notch solutions for customers
• Leadership skills to coach and motivate others
