About the role

Yancey Bros. Co., established in 1914, serves as the authorized Caterpillar equipment dealer for Georgia, focusing on sales, parts, and service for various Caterpillar equipment types.

Responsibilities

• Maintain superior customer service by ensuring the customer's needs are met.
• Determine customer needs to enhance their rental experience.
• Check equipment availability and schedule maintenance.
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
• Administer rental agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and offer solutions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales with strong leadership skills.
• A competitive nature and initiative.
• Enjoy interacting with people and building customer relationships.
• Highly organized in a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Spanish language.
