Rental Sales Agent - PT
$17/hour base pay with unlimited commission. Average full-time earnings are $45,760/year. Shift premium may apply.
About the Role
We’re hiring immediately for customer service roles at our airport rental counters. In this fast-paced, customer-focused environment, your sales skills and service mindset will directly impact both customer satisfaction and your earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Rent vehicles and promote products and services at airport rental counters.
- Process rental contracts and actively listen to customer needs.
- Recommend products and services that enhance the travel experience using a consultative approach.
- Upsell while delivering professional, friendly service to build trust and customer loyalty.

Requirements
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
- Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
- Comfort with recommending products and services based on customer needs.
- Flexibility to work all shifts.
- Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods.
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
Qualifications
- 6 months of real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
