Rental Manager
Prioritize Safety
- Oversee operational aspects such as yard management, transportation drivers, and rental coordinators.
Build Rapport
- Build a strong rapport with employees and customers in your market, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Mentor Employees
- Develop and mentor employees, cultivating their skills and enhancing their performance.
Manage Sales
- Manage outside sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize sales opportunities.
Market Analysis
- Identify emerging rental markets and equipment needs, keeping our business at the forefront of industry trends.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, taking responsibility for profit and loss statements and financial planning.
Travel Requirements
Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to positively motivate and manage others, creating a high-performing team.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment rental practices and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in profit and loss analysis, financial statements, budgeting, and other financial aspects of the business.
- Exceptional customer relations and communication skills, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction.
- Ability to drive and valid driver’s license required.
