The expected base salary for this role ranges between $80,000-$100,000 based on candidate experience. This role is responsible for the efficient & profitable operation of the branch rental department. This individual will advise and make recommendations to the Rental Director with respect to the best interest of the branch rental department whenever & wherever activities of the company are involved. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Receive all incoming rental callsVetting rental leads and working with assigned sales team membersQuoting rentals by using our internal rate sheet both verbal and writtenNew Customer Set UpRequesting Credit ApplicationsRequesting Rental FormsRequesting customer’s Certificate of Insurance and ensuring proper coverageMaintaining current COI’s on file for each rental contractExplain & offer our RPP programProcessing rental payments via paytraceProcessing all first time rental payments upfrontCreate Rental / Demo Contracts / Internal ContractsMaintain 100% signed contracts and COI’s in ERPUtilize SignNowManaging Rental FleetUtilize team’s folder for approvals processPerforming equipment transfersWorking with the Transportation Coordinator for logistics needsCreating and utilizing traffic formsUtilizing JCB Livelink for machine trackingAuditing equipment data for accuracyRequesting the linking / de-linking of attachmentsMaintaining a profitable rental modelRequesting Rental Preparations and Rental Check-In’sWorking with the service department to ensure rental units are maintained and ready for rentalReview all Service Work Orders billed internally to the rental departmentReview E-Inspect for damage and work collectively with the service department to determine billable customer damageWork with the Rental Manager to process all insurance claimsBilling miscellaneous charges due upon rental returnManaging Rental ReceivablesFollow company COD policyReview weekly provided reports for past due accountsIssue rental credits when necessaryFollowing credit protocols via “Approvals” in teamsProcess payments via Paytrace as needed for any departmentProcessing Purchase OrdersCoding trucking invoicesCoding re-rental invoicesCreating manual sales invoices as neededReportingUtilizing PowerBIUtilizationRepair & MaintenanceFreight RecoveryParticipate in weekly rental callsPrep for meeting topics throughout the weekContribute to improvements in the rental department Qualifications Must be knowledgeable about the operation of a personal computer, Business system, & Microsoft Office.Minimum of 2 years’ rental department experience.Possesses a clear understanding of the Rental Department and all related activities.Possesses excellent problem solving, administration, and management skills.
