Job Summary

Pape’ Material Handling, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join their team in Fife, WA. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers renting equipment and involves managing inbound rental, service, and sales inquiries.

About the Role

As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring all customer requests are promptly followed up on. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound rental, service, and sales inquiries via phone and walk-in business
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Record daily activity in detail for timely follow-up on future customer requests
• Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and proficiency in our internal systems
• Strong communication and customer relations skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to work at a fast pace
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
