Rental Coordinator

About the role

Pape’ Material Handling, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a highly motivated Rental Coordinator to join their growing team in Poulsbo, WA. This dynamic, multi-faceted role serves as the primary customer point of contact, ensuring a great experience when renting equipment from Pape’. You will manage inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, provide outstanding customer service, process customer orders accurately and efficiently, and record daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound rental, service, and sales inquiries via phone and walk-in business.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn internal computer systems.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Pay

$22.67–$34/hour (depending on experience).
