About the role
As a Rental Coordinator, you’ll leverage EquipmentShare’s proprietary T3 technology to deliver a seamless rental experience. Your work will ensure customers receive the right equipment at the right time while expanding our customer base and nurturing long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
- Expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
- Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money, increase efficiency, and improve their operations.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Keep customers informed about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can support their business.
- Promptly resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
- Energized by building, nurturing, and maintaining customer relationships throughout the rental process.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Overtime pay after 40 hours.
