Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced project finance lawyer for its Financial Services practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders or tax equity investors in renewable energy project finance transactions.

Requirements

• Law Degree
• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
