Mangone Law Firm, LLC is a New Jersey-based immigration law firm dedicated to helping new Americans obtain legal status in the U.S. We are looking for a Removal Immigration Staff Attorney with a strong foundation in criminal defense and a genuine passion for immigration law.

Requirements

• Legal Credentials: Must be a licensed attorney and a member of the New Jersey Bar
• Litigation Background: 1-3 years of experience, ideally in criminal defense or high-stakes litigation
• Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• The "Hustle" & Heart: A deep alignment with immigrant rights and social justice
• Willingness to Learn: A proactive disposition to master immigration law, bond representation, and removal defense strategies
• Location & Logistics: Based in New Jersey with a reliable vehicle to appear in person for court and ICE presentations in NJ, NY, and PA
