Remote Volunteer Professional Advisor Liaison — Legacy Lounge

Responsibilities

• Research qualified professional-advisor networks, firms, associations, and appropriate contacts
• Send approved introductions and invitations for educational events, content review, or speaker participation
• Cover discovery conversations, schedules, materials, releases, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate relationship, credential, interest, conflict, and next-step records
• Routinely route technical questions to appropriately licensed and authorized professionals
• Support advisor briefings, acknowledgments, and stewardship
• Protect donor and advisor privacy and avoid referral fees or personal solicitation

Qualifications

• Experience in professional relations, planned giving, estate planning, accounting, financial services, nonprofit development, partnerships, or legal administration
• Strong professional communication, discretion, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to respect licensing, ethics, conflict-of-interest, and referral boundaries
• Existing advisor networks are helpful but not required
• Appropriate credentials are welcome but do not expand role authorization
