Responsibilities

• Research planned-giving topics using current, authoritative public sources
• Prepare source summaries, fact sheets, glossaries, FAQs, citations, and content briefs
• Verify dates, thresholds, terminology, jurisdiction limits, and professional-review needs
• Distinguish general education from individualized advice
• Flag claims requiring review by authorized legal, tax, financial, or fundraising professionals
• Support Legacy Lounge articles, presentations, event materials, email, and web content
• Maintain source logs, version dates, disclaimers, and update schedules
• Avoid recommending specific transactions, products, advisors, or donor decisions
