Responsibilities
- Research prospective nonprofit, community, philanthropy, legal, tax, financial, and estate-planning speakers
- Verify relevant credentials, affiliations, conflicts, and public information before referral
- Prepare approved invitations, speaker briefs, deadlines, technology checks, and release or permission workflows
- Review slides, biographies, links, disclosures, claims, and calls to action before presentation
- Coverage of rehearsals, introductions, moderated questions, accessibility, captions, and follow-up
- Protection of speaker and attendee contact information
- Requirement of clear educational disclaimers and disclosure of professional interests
- Avoidance of endorsement, referral fees, lead sharing, or individualized professional advice
- Escalation of claims, conflicts, privacy, conduct, or scope concerns for review
Qualifications
- Experience in speaker relations, events, education, professional services, donor engagement, communications, or nonprofit programs
- Strong research, source verification, organization, diplomacy, and written communication skills
- Comfort coordinating virtual presentations and professional experts
- At least 21 years old and willing to complete screening
- Ability to enforce content-review and planned-giving boundaries respectfully
Pay
This is a remote, project-based or recurring role available within the United States. Expect approximately 3–6 hours per event cycle.
