Responsibilities
- Prepare guest journeys, welcome messages, host notes, accessibility checks, FAQs, and hospitality plans
- Cook up virtual waiting rooms, introductions, navigation, breaks, questions, and event transitions
- Support approved local hospitality planning without making purchases or vendor commitments independently
- Provide neutral directions to educational resources and appropriate contacts
- Avoid asking about wealth, estate details, gift intentions, or personal circumstances
- Never provide individualized legal, tax, investment, or estate-planning advice
- Document feedback and recommend guest-experience improvements
- Escalate privacy, conduct, accessibility, safety, or professional-boundary concerns
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, events, donor relations, customer service, community engagement, or nonprofit programs
- Warm, discreet, inclusive, organized, and professional communication
- Comfort with virtual event platforms and remote coordination
- At least 21 years old and willing to complete screening
- Ability to follow confidentiality and planned-giving boundaries
This is a remote, project-based role available within the United States. Expect approximately 2–5 hours per event.
